Nazareth Inducts New Members to Fine Arts Hall of Fame

On April 3, 2014, Nazareth Academy celebrated the fine arts and those who have made a significant contribution to the arts while at Nazareth when the school welcomed five new members into the Fine Arts Hall of Fame. The Induction Ceremony took place prior to the opening night of Nazareth’s spring production of “Shrek The Musical!” Nazareth hosted a reception for the honorees, their guests and many Nazareth alumni, including dozens of former thespians, student-directors and crew members.

“A strong curriculum enriched by a healthy and vibrant Fine Arts Program has been the mainstay for Nazareth Academy throughout our 114 year history. Music, art and drama, all special and important to the Sisters of Saint Joseph who sponsor our school, remain vital pieces of our educational philosophy which centers on the development of the whole person. We congratulate and thank the many women and men who have served our school in this capacity and whose lives continue to support the beauty of the arts,” says Deborah Tracy, Nazareth Academy Principal.
