How to Support La Grange Businesses on Small Business Saturday

Also in this week's boards and blogs: LT to stage "Charlotte's Web," and a holiday concert, La Grange Camera "clicks" in new location and more.

LTHS to bring Santa home for the holidays
Lyons Township High School has established a direct link to the North Pole via the computer. Children, aged kindergarten through third grade, are invited to South Campus to write letters to Santa on Discovery Center computers and receive an immediate response from the North Pole!

LT to present "Charlotte’s Web"
The Lyons Township High School Theatre Board proudly presentsCharlotte’s Web, by E.B. White and adapted by Joseph Robinette. A freshmen/sophomore production, the play is directed by faculty member Lawrence Keller with junior Gillian Dunlop, of Western Springs, and junior Kelly Riordan, of LaGrange, serving as assistant directors.

Neighborhood Retailers Hope for Boost on Small Business Saturday
Several La Grange retailers are hoping for big results on Small Business Saturday, November 30, when they offer incentives to kick-start holiday spending on a day dedicated to supporting small businesses across the country.

Email Keeps the Elderly Connected
Many seniors feel isolated from their extended families, especially during the holidays. Everyone seems to be so busy and rushing from one activity to another with no time to visit or call their older relatives.

LT to present holiday concert
Lyons Township High School is proud to present Fanfares and Carols December 3, at Christ Church of Oak Brook, 501 Oak Brook Rd, Oak Brook, at 6:30pm and a second concert at 8:30pm.

La Grange Camera Clicks at New Location
The owners of La Grange Camera kept things in focus as they led members of the La Grange Business Association, and representatives from the Village of La Grange in a ribbon cutting to celebrate their move to a new location.
