Zumba® Gold is a specialty dance-fitness class designed for adults 55 and better that incorporates dance and fitness routines set to international rhythms and performed at a more moderate intensity than traditional Zumba.® Zumba® Gold modifies moves and pace to suit the needs of active older adults, as well as those just starting their journey to a fit and healthy lifestyle. It's like a dance party every week!
