DESCRIPTION:In a safe and nurturing environment\, school-aged children wi
 ll learn yoga in an interactive way.&nbsp\; This practice is true to the
  traditions of yoga and suitable for the way children learn and identify
  with the world around them.&nbsp\; This class will include games\, song
 s\, stories and other tools that will fully utilize the child&rsquo\;s p
 layful energy and their imagination.&nbsp\; Following a period of energe
 tic play\, meditation techniques will be practiced at the completion of 
 class in order to soothe and calm the children.&nbsp\;\nAges: 5-9 years
