Tantric yoga focuses less on the yamas and niyamas (how we treat ourselves and others) of classical yoga and emphasizes inner purification of the physical, energetic and subtle bodies. When deep inner purification happens, we spontaneously choose to act with compassion and see the world more clearly thus effecting every decision we make.
This unique class begins with a discussion on these principles and continues onto a strong sequence of postures, breathwork and meditation that will leave
you feeling a deep sense of cleansing but not exhaustion. Energized but also centered. You will be challenged physically, in an intelligent and holistic way
that will build prana (the vital life force).
Suitable for students with experience in vinyasa flow style practice. Please arrive with an empty stomach and an open mind!

A large brick and green roofed building with a small sign, Score Tennis and Fitness specializes in tennis for juniors and adults. But the facility offers more than just tennis. There are yoga, pilates and zumba classes to help round out your fitness. There are also personal trainers to help assess your fitness and make sure you stick to a routine. The tennis programs focus on developing young kids into tennis experts. Don't fret if you need gear, the gym has a pro shop that sells Prince, Wilson and Babolat brands. For parents who have kids that are a bit young to swing the racquet there is a nursery.
