 venture boot camp is at Oasis!&nbsp\;  This is an indoor / outdoor fitne
 ss instruction program which features  core conditioning\, short distanc
 e running\, muscular strength\, circuit  training and obstacle courses. 
 You will be inspired and have fun while  participating in a fantastic wo
 rkout. Nobody will be left behind or  asked to do more than they are cap
 able of doing safely. Everybody will  be challenged! Women of all ages a
 nd abilities are welcome to  participate. &nbsp\;\nMeasurements and Semi
 nar on Sunday January 6th at 3pm for all boot camp participants.
