He's Hoff the Show: David Hasselhoff, who graduated from Lyons Township High School in '70, became the first elimination from "Dancing With The Stars", during its live broadcast on ABC Sept. 21. Soccer Stardom: On Sept. 14, Lyons Township High School '10 grad Chris Meingast was the subject of a Wright State Raiders feature: "Freshman defender brings a winning attitude to the 2010 men's team." According to the article, Meingast has appeared in three of the Dayton, Ohio Raiders' four games this season. Jazzy Jeff: Jeff Hornacek, who graduated in 1981 from Lyons Township High School, has been rated as the ninth greatest player of all time on the NBA Jazz, in this opinion article published July 30 on the Bleacher Report, a sports news Web site.  A long-range shooting guard, Hornacek was a key player on the Jazz during the 1997 and 1998 NBA playoff finals, both against the Chicago Bulls, both won by the Bulls.
