Blotter: Woman's Coffee Stolen at Library, a Weapons Charge and More

Coffee Stolen
A Chicago woman told La Grange police at about 1:34 p.m. Jan. 31 that someone stole her coffee at the La Grange Public Library, 10 W. Cossitt Ave.
Charges, Tickets in Traffic Stop
A 21-year-old man was charged with unlawful use of a weapon and possession of less than 30 grams of marijuana after a traffic stop at about 12:23 a.m. Jan. 31 at Plainfield Road and East Avenue in La Grange.
Michael Rosner, whose hometown was not listed in the police report, also was ticketed for his driver’s license not being on his person, operating a vehicle when his registration was suspended and no front plate. The report did not list what weapon police found and no information was available Feb. 2 from La Grange police investigators.
Man Can’t Breathe Well
A 47-year-old La Grange man was taken by ambulance to Adventist La Grange Memorial Hospital at about 11:15 a.m. Feb. 1 after he was having trouble breathing at the Citgo station, 2 N. Brainard Ave.
Car Window Broken
A resident of the 300 block of east Calendar Avenue reported Jan. 31 that someone broke his car window.
