Rudolph “Rudy” Drnek, age 92, of Brookfield.  Beloved husband of the late Sylvia C. Drnek, nee Zapotocky;  devoted father of James (Deborah) Drnek of La Grange Park and Sylvia (Andrew) Sherlag; dear grandfather of Kimberly (Brian) Dusza, James (Suzanne) Drnek, Amy (Keith) Burokas, Jesse (Katie) Drnek, Alyce (Rafael) Alexander, Katie (Roman) Vyskocil, Nick (Karli) Sherlag  and Joseph Sherlag; great grandfather of 12; brother of Edward (Rosemary) Drnek and the late Mildred (the late Tom) Kubes; uncle and great uncle to many.  Visitation Friday, April 27, 2012 from 3:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. and  Saturday, April 28, 2012 from 9:00 A.M. to 9:30 A.M. at Hitzeman Funeral Home, Ltd.  9445 W. 31^st Street, Brookfield.  Funeral Saturday 9:30 A.M. to St. Louise de Marillac Church.   Mass 10:00 A.M.    Interment Queen of Heaven Cemetery.  Rudy was known for his love for music as a concertina player and was a member of the Chicago Federation of Musicians for over 60 years.  He was past governor of Brookfield Moose Lodge #1599 and a member of the United Moravian Societies and Berwyn Cicero Council on Aging.  Information 708-485-2000 or www.HitzemanFuneral.com
