Party for Pillars: LT Grad is back in town to Party for Pillars!

LAGRANGE PARK, IL – College students typically come back to their hometown for the summer, but this year one college student is coming home to perform for hundreds of people at Party for Pillars!

Eddie Suarez, an ’09 LT graduate, is a member of ‘Another Round (formerly known as IU Straight No Chaser)’ - one of the nation’s leading collegiate men’s a cappella groups.  He was thrilled when he learned the group had an opening in their schedule and could return to LaGrange to perform for Party for PillarsThe group performed last year at the agency’s inaugural Party for Pillars event.

“We had a blast last year and look forward to performing again this year! It is great to be able to bring our talents to my community in support of such an amazing cause.” said Suarez.  The Indiana University group will be performing at the Reber Center at Lyons Township North High School on Friday, June 29th at 7:00pm and tickets are priced at $25 (adults), $10 (youth 13-21) and $5 (children 5-12).

The concert is a part of Party for Pillars’ finale night on June 29th, which includes two other events.  Salon Hype will host a ‘Blow Out to Go Out’ at their LaGrange location, where guests will be treated to a luxurious hair treatment and blow-out. In addition, Tom and Anne Kelly of Western Springs will host a Mad Men Martini Party! The party is inspired by the hit show, so guests are welcome (but certainly not required) to dress in their most 60’s inspired attire!

“What’s great about Party for Pillars is that you can enjoy a variety of really fun summer parties while supporting the remarkable work Pillars is doing in the community!” said Pillars board member Zada Clarke.
